PLAYERS

Please consider the following points to ensure the game is enjoyed by all concerned.

 

MUST

Stick to the rules of the game.

Play the game fairly using your skills.

Enjoy the game, be modest in victory but accept defeat.

Praise skilful play by whichever team or player

Be on time for all training and matches.

Be kind and listen to your coach, manager and referee.

Keep yourself, your boots and your kit clean.

Behave in a manner that is expected by the team, club and league.

 

MUST NOT

Argue with the referee

Appeal for everything.

Retaliate or react to foul play.

Over celebrate a goal.

Shout at your team mates or opposition


PARENTS

To preserve the good name of our league and your club and to set a standard for the children you must adhere to the following:

Remember that children take part in sports and games for their own fun and enjoyment. They are not there to entertain you or become miniature international footballers!

 

 

SHOULD

 

Encourage and support all players.

Praise good play and performance.

Praise good behaviour and sportsmanship.

Be patient with all players.

Accept the referee’s decision at all times (as they are not professionals).

Also understand that all the young Referees come under Child Protection

Any form of abuse or misconduct towards a Referee will be reported to

Manchester County FA.

Ensure the good name of this league and your club are upheld at all times.

SHOULD NOT

 

Attempt to coach players during a match, leave this to your Manager.

Shout, argue, swear or become violent under any circumstances.

Point out any player’s incompetence.

Embarrass the league, club, team, players or match officials
